Terrible service! Was called to fix a leak we pointed exactly where the leak was they decided to dig out three more hours worth of work for nothing. Making the bill extra high and they didn’t even pressurize the system we have now low water pressure due to their unprofessional work

Positives: Answered phone immediately, showed up when they said, did good work. Negatives: I had to run to a plumbing store to get some supplies, expensive, when I called back with a concern, I got a rude woman who said they were closed for the holidays and couldn’t help me. She could have at least taken my name and number.

I had a problem with a toilet and Danny from Robert Russell Plumbing came this morning to repair for me. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and was so polite and kind. I would recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

First timer alert: I live in Sherman and have been seeking great quality ground beef. So after hearing about Fischers meat market, I contacted them last week, asked my many questions and placed my order for 25 lbs of frozen ground round, in 1 lb packages, for a Monday pick up. I was very pleased to be met with smiles and great customer service at the Meat Market counter today. The place was very clean and tidy too! The young men assisting were very helpful and attentive-no cellphones in site- which was a nice change too! We look forward to trying that ground beef, American cheese, bacon and jalapeño and cheese summer sausage.

If you haven't had the summer sausage & smoked cheeses, you are missing out ! Neat grocery store all the way around but that meat market is top notch. spices are great too. Highly reccomend summer sausage & smoked cheddar cheese

The sign coming into town said a great place to buy meats. So we could not resist and made the stop. We were not disappointed. Besides being a regular grocery store, they have a marvelous selection of meats and cheeses. The bonus, very reasonably priced. The man behind the meats counter was super friendly and very helpful. It was a great stop for us. The store was very clean.

A gentlemen by the name of Tim helped me find exactly what I needed . Community Lumber lives up to its name ! Lumber/Hardware wise , if they don't have it in stock , they can probably order the item . Personal service has always been outstanding ! I'd be willing to go out on the limb , and say They have as fine a selection as the Big Box Stores.

I love, love, love this place. Old fashioned customer service. They know their stuff... not like the impersonal "big box" stores. I don't mind paying a little more for getting a little more... and in this case a lot more.

Showed up one hour after I called and asked to be put on the emergency list!! They were quick. Efficient got right under the house found the problem immediately and did the job after having two plumbers come and do absolutely nothing from a different company. Highly recommend these guys. Reasonably priced. Quick. Efficient. Honest and very hard working!! 10/10 recommend

The absolute best experience! I've had to see them so many times the past month for a variety of reasons in our older home and they have crushed it each time. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I went in. Bought a socket set and didn’t realize it was metric. No biggie, walked back in, LITERALLY 5 mins later and asked to exchange it for a nonmetric. Was told, I can’t accept it back you opened it. I explained that it’s never been used, and you sold it to me five minutes ago. Owner said, sorry. I won’t take it back. NOT a way to do business. Have never felt so dismissed by a business owner in my life. Wow. Will NEVER set foot in this store again.

Same problem as everyone else - the woman behind the counter is a rude rude lady that doesn't deserve to have a job when so many good people don't have one. I apparently ruined her day by talking to her. smh. Do yourself a favour and go to Gehrig's up the street where you will get fantastic customer service.

I just bought a can a spray texture yesterday for posted price of 14.99 I needed another can this morning, she then tells me it's 24.99. Price on shelf is 14.99 she grabs the can and puts it back on shelf and tells me to take it up with the owner, are you stinking joking. I told her I will never buy anything from them again, I hope it's worth it!! Customer service, prices how disgusting to even call yourself a business . Zero would be my review
